Nieuwe single Alt-J: Hard Drive Gold

De Britse indieband Alt-J heeft een nieuw nummer gelost.

Na 'U&ME' & 'Get Better' is 'Hard drive Gold' is alweer de derde single van hun nieuwe plaat 'The Dream', die op 11 februari 2022 zal uitkomen.

“Hard Drive Gold is a slightly tongue-in-cheek song written at what we thought was the height of the cryptocurrency gold rush.", zegt toetsenist Gus Unger-Hamilton.

"“It’s the story of the ultimate childhood fantasy, the schoolboy who becomes a millionaire overnight, and the different interactions he has with people in his life from teachers to neighbours. How ironically you interpret its message is entirely up to you…”, voegde hij er nog aan toe.
