Annulatie concert Lionel Richie op de Lokerse Feesten

Lionel Richie zal in 2022 niet naar de Lokerse Feesten komen.

De wereldwijde pandemie heeft nog steeds een impact op onze samenleving. Daarom heeft de voormalige zanger van de Commodores beslist om zijn 2022 'Hello' summer tour te annuleren.

De website van de zanger heeft ondertussen een statement gepost: 'Lionel Richie has confirmed that he will be cancelling his 2022 ‘Hello’ summer tour dates. “As Covid and its variants continue to impact the world, I have decided to hold off on my European tour this summer. The most important thing to me is the health of my fans, band and crew. De tickethouders worden binnenkort gecontacteerd in verband met een terugbetaling.

Buiten Lionel Richie, werd ook al Kraftwerk aangekondigd voor de Lokerse Feesten.

Het festival vindt plaats van 5 tot 14 augustus.
